Domestic Short Hair, Tortoiseshell

Clarabelle came to the shelter on 9/24/08 as a stray and instantly became a shelter favorite. For the first few months she was the official greeter in the cat room but the longer she was there she became defensive and upset and then she finally refused to leave her cage. Now she is in foster care and after a few tense days she is learning to tolerate the other cats and a small dog, but she does not want to be their best friends. She loves sitting on the foster mom's lap and can be affectionate if she is in the mood. She is very VOCAL and lets you know what she thinks!!!! $75 adoption fee includes spay or neuter, microchip identification, FVRCP vaccine, dewormer, rabies vaccine (ages 4 months & up), feline leukemia test, flea treatment, ear mite treatment, and a 4-pound bag of Science Diet food.
