More About Kellie
She was rescued from a shelter at 4 months old in July '08 along with her sister who were both found to be deaf.
Kellie loves to play chase me with other dogs. We think she missed the memo that she comes from herding breeds since she'd rather be herded that to herd :)
She also likes to snuggle up in bed with you or nap in an open crate during the day.
She is fully potty trained and she gets along with dogs, cats and people.
She spent from about 6-12 months with juvinille epilepsy and seizures but has not had any since then. She has "star" pupil which means they are not round but yes, she can see. She then began to show allergic reactions by chewing on her legs. We are currently working on this issue as a variety of foods thus far are not doing what we'd like for this darling girl.
The ideal home for her would not have several animals in it so she is sure to gets lots of much deserved attention and good care. A dog buddy that would be a good match with her would be fine. One that is overbearing is not her idea of a best friend though.
