Obie One Knobi - A herd of Salukis came to Gentle Giants when a breeder moved to another house and could not take them. Animal Control said they would seize them, but she called us and we picked them up the next day. Obie is the "Grand Master," the voice of wisdom - the "Big Guy," and yet, very much a sweet and loving baby for life!!! Obie One Knobi is a cream gold Saluki male who is 15 years old and is still in great health and loves to play and be loved.

The breeder that owned them moved into another house in another part of the state that she was in and was trying to drive back and fort he 5 or more hours a day to care for them. The animal control where the Salukis were determined that this would be called abandonment and when they threatened to seize them, the breeder called us and we had a driver drive across the U.S. to pick them up right away and bring them to us!

Obie One Knobi is as affectionate and loving as a Saluki puppy can be. He wants to sit in everyones lap and thinks everyone has come here just to meet him and his brothers! He truly thinks he is the star that we know he is!!!!! Obie One Knobi is looking for the best home on earth!

All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, de-wormed, and are treated with Advantix for fleas and ticks. They are also micro-chipped.
