More About Aimee

2/21/09: Aimee has been adopted! She will go a wonderful new home, with husbun Blue (also adopted through LIRRG). Congratulations to Aimee, Blue and their family!

Aimee is a gorgeous, sweet, shy Angora/Lop mix bunny.

She was rescued with 14 of her littermates last August (2007) at the age of approximately 6 - 8 weeks. We believe she was born in June, 2007.

She is sweet, friendly but shy. Her foster mom reports that she is not a big shedder, although anyone adopting her should know that Angora rabbits CAN shed a lot, and may require a lot of brushing and the occasional shave. Aimee has been great about being brushed - tolerates and even seems to enjoy it! In her photo she had been recently clipped and the groomer and groomee were enjoying a snuggle.

Aimee loves affection and her toys! She has a 'basket' she likes to sit in - in rescue, we laugh because the basket is nothing more than the main frame - we call her 'Wonder Woman' because she looks like she's sitting in that invisible plane!

She's absolutely adorable, and just waiting for the perfect forever home.

Aimee is spayed and ready for adoption.

Aimee is house trained and spayed/neutered.
