More About Orbison

Three-year old Orbison is a friendly, people-loving, mellow fellow -- a good looking guy with beautiful markings who likes to be petted and held. He has a smooth, soft coat which sheds very little. A Pet Loft employee (which is where Orbison currently hangs out) says he's "a perfect cat".

That makes it even more mysterious that he was an owner surrender (no reason given) to CAT on April 3, 2008. His previous owner had nothing bad to say about Orbison. Orbison had lived with the family since he was a kitten. His file says he is okay with cats and dogs, but would do best in a home with no small children. It also said he was previously called "Mr. Lonely"....probably something to do with that rock and roll singer he shares a name with.

So how about it? Could you give Orbison a chance to have another loving family and home of his own? If you could, he could stop singing songs like "Only the Lonely" and start singing more upbeat songs like "That Lovin' You Feelin' Again" and "Coming Home". That would be great!

You can visit Orbison at the Pet Loft on Macadam in Portland. He'd love to see you!
