More About Augusta

update 2008-07-12: I am going home and I will be living with Chip... WOW... thank you Tiffany and Scott! You guys are going to be treated like royality! I promise to keep you amused, loved and admired for the rest of my life... yes, angels do exist... I will be living with them! XOXO... Augusta!

Update 2008-05-31: New photos!

Augusta is a gorgeous 10-month-old cream tortie-point Himalayan. She was found by some guardian angels, Di and Peggy, and brought to us with a dislocated hip (thank you both for helping this little girl!) Her injury is more than likely a result of jumping from an apartment building. She has bounced back 100%... except for the scar, you would never know that she has had surgery on her hip (in the first two photos, you can see a bit less fur in her hind quarter; she's working hard on growing it back!)

Augusta is so pretty and playful and very, very affectionate. Now she just needs a new home... preferably one that will assure us that she not be allowed to test her flying skills again!

Augusta is sharing her space with Kane, and they have become great pals... it would be nice if they were adopted together (they certainly have bonded; in the third photo, you can see them playing "footsie" together), but if not, rest assured that Augusta gets along fabulously with other cats.

Augusta is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained.
