More About Niko

Niko is shy due to lack of human contact. He came to us with his sister and 4 other pups. His sister and 3 other pups have been adopted, but he and Stella are still here. He is coming out of his shell and loves to go outside. He stays very close to your side when he first goes out. He will run to the end of the lead and then come directly back to you. He gets along great with cats and dogs. He is very playful. He is really blossoming and learning to enjoy people and he likes to give kisses. We were told their mother was a beagle mix, but neither pup looks anything like a beagle He is about 8 mos. old and about 20 lbs. We don't think he is going to get much bigger. He is definately a MUST SEE! He was rescued with many other dogs and is fine with cats. He is neutered, current on shots, flea treated, started on heartworm preventative and microchipped. If you would like to bring this gorgeous boy into your home and show him how good people are email us at Brisned@ccrtc.com and we will send you an application. His adoption fee is $200. This fee is non negotiable. We are a small rescue that relies completely on adoption fees to be able to continue rescuing others like Niko. UPDATE: Niko went to the vet for his second puppy shot on Saturday the 20th and since then is becoming very interactive with people.. We are going to continue to socialize him as he gains confidence. UPDATE" Niko has finally come out of his shell and learned that people are fun and give lots of love. He loves being outside. Is nearly crate trained, which is huge, considering how big his crate is! He is now the fun little guy I saw he could be the first day I laid eyes on him. He loves other dogs, is fine with cats and with positive training will be good with children too.

Niko is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered.
