Meet Ginny - adopted

This dog is being fostered with New Hope Dog Rescue (Saskatoon). If you are interested in adopting please fill our Adoption Application. Meet and greet are by appointment only.

Ginny is a happy young lab/border collie mix female (1.5yrs best guess). She is very small build, knee high and weighs under 40lbs. She has a wonderfully cheerful attitude to life, is very trusting and loves giving kisses and having her chest scratched. Ginny has made doggie friends and likes to play chase in the snow with foster brother Hamlet the most! She has met the cats and likes to avoid them, taking care to step around them all so as not to upset them. Ginny she sleeps happily in her crate at night too! Ginny is a very smart girl, she has learnt sit, down, wait and we are working on high five !

Ginny would do well in almost any home. Although young and athletic, she doesn't demand a lot of exercise in her foster home nor complain when its a snow day. She quickly will run out and do her business and run straight back in!!! Ginny has been good in the house ( she sleeps in the laundry room with the door off her crate) and she would probably make an excellent first dog or apartment / townhouse dog with a couple of decent walks a day. She has only ever barked a few times and is quiet otherwise, except for the constant wagging thump thump noise of her tail. That blurry black line behind her in her photos is her happy tail. It wags ALL the time. She is ALWAYS happy !!!
Come meet Ginny today and you'll see what I mean!!
