Lily Pond Leopardhound Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix Houston, TX

Lily Pond Leopardhound aka Lily is in need of a home and a human to call her own.

Lily is a 3 year old Catahoula mix weighing approximately 70 lbs. She knows basic commands, knows how to walk on a loose leash even around other dogs or off a leash for that matter. She is an athletic dog but not over-the-top energized which means she is equally happy going out for a run or... just hanging out in your home or office. Lily is super smart and extremely affectionate. Her only fault is that she doesn’t do well with other canine roommates. She needs to be the only pet in the family.

While needing to be single in the house, Lily loves playing with other dogs in a structured environment such as Transform my Dog’s Saturday socialization.

Lily is fully vetted, spayed when she was a pup--an incredibly healthy and athletic girl. Lily needs a home. She was living at one of the area shelters and was brought home by a family in hopes of a new life, but before the weekend was out she was rejected by their 12 year old dog who had run of the house. Seniority rules, and now Lily has nowhere to go.

Please help us find her a new home where she can blossom into the amazing dog we know she can be. She has been waiting long enough to meet her forever family.

As we believe proper health care of one’s pet is a requirement of good ownership, K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted and altered.

ADOPTION FEE: $200 (includes spay/neuter, shots, microchip, medicines and other medical procedures, if necessary)

HOURS: Saturdays 10 AM - 6 PM and Sundays 11 AM - 3:30 PM
