Stormy-5/15/14 Beagle Mix Lambertville, NJ

NOTE:  PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO OF STORM'S RESCUE, IT WILL BREAK YOUR HEART: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhuZohrPXso           STORM is a survivor of Hurricane Sandy whose family did not claim him.  He is a Beagle mix and is about 13 years old. This handsome gray colored guy weighs 17 pounds. This dog is a survivor that  was found tied outside  to a tree while Sandy was ravaging the area. Despite his ordeal, STORM is very sweet,  trusting, and is good with other dogs. He must have been a beloved family member at one time from how well socialized he is. It was hoped that his family would be looking for hime and this hope was kept alive until just recently. One option was to turn him in to a shelter where he might be euthanized. Animal Alliance would not let this happen, and  we are hoping that a family will fall in love with this mellow older dog. STORM is a proved winner who survived the massive storm to light up the life of a new family.This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is dewormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick and preventatives.
