Scooby was abandoned in his yard when his family moved. He's quite shy with strangers, not yet comfortable that he'll never again be harmed. Yet his tail wags non-stop when he hears the familiar voices of the Volunteers. He learned within 3 days that when we say - 'Go to your safe place' to race to his run after his time in the exercise area. And he loves his toys - he gathers each one around him and then lies in the middle of them savoring his treasures. There is utterly no aggression in this sweet boy. Probably because he's not experienced in-house life, Scooby runs quickly outside to eliminate. Scooby will require a family who has previous experience with a dog who has limited reason to trust. Because of his obvious social-deprivation, as well as his fear of unexpected loud noises, Scooby will be placed only with a quiet adults and the family's current dog.
