Meet Sylvester

Sylvester is a long and tall cat, and has managed to keep his youthful and slender form over the years. He is a little timid at first when meeting new people, and not pushy like some other cats when potential adopters visit. He prefers to quietly stay back and watch the action. Sylvester is also terrified of adoption booths (how would you like to be stuck in a cage, with lots of barking dogs around, and strangers staring at you?) and convinced his human care takers to not take him to any adoption booths. Instead, Sylvester has been waiting for somebody to come to him, get to know him, and decide to adopt him since the summer of 2005. Many of his friends have long been adopted, including his sister. But he has not given up hope, and knows that the right home is out there for him.
