Second Wind By Silvie has an amazing story to go with her unusual name. When she was just a wee pup her leg was trapped and her mother had to chew off her paw to save her. Miraculously she was rescued shortly afterwards by a lovely French woman, Silvie, and her husband. At barely 5 weeks old she lived on their sailboat, Second Wind, for 6 months until reaching Morro Bay. This couple asked us to help find her a home. Petite Silvie has 4 legs and 3 paws. This dainty 25 lb girl is extremely sweet natured, loves people and other nice dogs and can take walks, chase balls, rarely barks and sleeps the night through. She is minimally chewy and is just discovering the world beyond boats and beaches. She is spayed, has all her shots, and needs a gentle, caring home to help her explore this exciting new world.
