Briar Bernedoodle South Windsor, CT

Hi my name is Briar and I am a 1.5 year old female Bernedoodle. What is that you ask? Well I am a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle! Does that mean I am hypoallergenic you ask? No it does not! But I definitely don't shed like a Bernese Mountain Dog! I was surrendered by my owners who could no longer care for me and am now living in the most awesome foster home ever in Oklahoma. Why is it so awesome you ask? Well, because I have 3 very playful foster siblings to entertain me all day! There is a great fenced yard in my foster home so we can all go outside and play freely whenever we have some extra energy to burn! I am a lover of all people but I do take a little longer to warm up to men than I do with women. I am house trained and crate trained. I also know basic commands, but am smart and ready to learn more. I also love kids and cats so can fit into almost any household. I am a "perfect" 61lbs, but I am tall so can hop a 4' fence if I feel like there is something of interest on the other side! I would also make a great companion for someone who is very active and likes to keep busy.

My ideal home would include another playful doggie sibling as that is what I love to do most! And some human siblings I could run and play with in the backyard would be great too. A fenced yard would be fantastic but it would have to be 5 or 6' tall. If you have a cat, I am happy to be her companion. And of course I just want lots of love and attention from my new family.

I am healthy, spayed, vaccinated and ready for my forever home. My bags are packed and I am heading to New England in a week. I am ready to find new home and family!
