Hello, my name is Calipso and I'm about 2 years old! Let's face it, I look like a trainwreck. One of my eyes was badly injured and had to be removed and the other one...well, it's mostly decorative. The folks at the shelter assure me that I am a beauty, but I can't see to look in a mirror so I will have to take their word for it. You might think that being blind would slow me down, but it doesn't at all! I jump up on my furniture and play with my toys, just like any other cat. But what I do best is show affection to people. I give the best kitty hugs in town, and I would love to be cuddled all day long! Forget what you might think about blind cats and give me a chance, I promise you won't regret it!

We encourage you to still consider adopting one of our precious pets! Our new process for adoption is to complete our online application. Once your application is approved, a visit will be scheduled to meet your desired pet(s)!

All animals are vet examined, spayed/neutered and microchipped. If old enough, they receive routine vaccinations. FELV test available upon request.
