Meet Diamond
Adorable
Playful
Snuggly
Impetuous
Energetic
Silly
We can’t find enough good words to describe Diamond. She is two years old and has all of her vaccines. She will be spayed on February 18. Diamond is a lot of dog in a small package. Still pretty much a puppy, her new owner will need patience and kindness to help her become the wonderful pet we know she can be.
Diamond is very strong for her size so her adopter should expect to put in some training time. She won’t be adopted to a home with small children because she might knock them down just being her silly self. Ideally the home will have a fenced yard where she can burn off some energy.
Diamond must be the only pet in the home. She wants all of your attention and won’t be good about sharing her people with other pets.
Adoption fee for adult dogs is $60 (check or money order please, payable to “Town of Scituate”). Credit cards also accepted. For more information or an application call the shelter at (401) 647-7200, or visit the shelter during regular hours: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 7 to 11 a.m., Sat 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
