Meet Grace

Grace is a female boxer mix approximately 1 1/2 years old and weighs 30 pounds. She is heart worm negative, up to date on all shots and has been started on heart worm prevention. She will be spayed on February 6th. Grace was found wondering around Grace Lutheran Church in Newton, NC. She was staying under a ramp behind the old church near the cemetery. Parishioners noticed her but she was so skittish they couldn't get close. Our custodian at school goes to church there and she noticed how thin and frighten Grace was. So to gain her trust she started leaving food and water out for her and after 4 days she finally let her pet her and take her home. She is super sweet, very playful and gets along very well with other dogs.
