Meet Tato

Tato is a 15lb, 5-year-old Chihuahua mix who came to us with his brother Boo Bear and best friend Benjy when their owner could no longer care for them. Before that, he had a rough start to life as he and Boo Bear were rescued from a hoarding situation. Because of this he is a little nervous in new situations and with new people, but is quick to warm up and is very snuggly when he trusts his humans. He loves his brothers and playing as much as he loves lounging on the couch, and although he is still learning how to walk on a leash, he seems to enjoy being outdoors and walking with his brother Benjy very much! He is healthy besides a slight skin infection that is clearing up, and is microchipped and ready for his forever home, hopefully with his brother or another furry companion.
