Meet Ella

Ella is a sweet 6-year-old, 10lb. Chinese Crested. Ella came to us with her bonded best friend Chyna when their owner could no longer care for them. Ella's story is a simple and sad one. Before her previous owner she had spent her entire life in a cage. Because of this, she has had very little socialization and does not trust humans, so she will need a calm, slow, understanding person to help her out of her shell. She plays well with other dogs and loves to cuddle up with Chyna, seeming to take comfort in her. Ella has just a few teeth left and typical Chinese Crested skin which will require regular bathing and moisturizing care, but is otherwise healthy. At this time, we are looking to place Ella and Chyna in a home together as they are very close and Ella depends on Chyna for security.
