Meet Sven
12 Year Old Sven Is Losing His Home!
Located- Plainview NY
His family has had him since he was a few weeks old and are now moving out of state. They are unable to take him with them, so we need to find a new family for this little guy.
Sven is approximately 10 pounds, very sweet and likes to cuddle. He loves to play in the yard, so a fenced in yard is a must for this little guy. He has lived with other dogs in the past, but the family feels he will do best as your one and only.
Sven would likely do best in an adult only home, where he can be the center of attention. He has been around babies/toddlers and has been good but gets nervous if grabbed from behind. He barks when someone new comes into the home (not unusual) but with a proper intro will be fine.
This senior boy will need time to adjust in his new home, so will need someone who will have patience and understanding.
