Wow... I am the best. My name is Sammy. You won't believe my story. I am a senior boy - the rescue is estimating 8 or 9 years old. I ended up in a GA shelter and I was one of the last to get out before time was up. I was so happy to get out and just latched right onto the humans that freed me. Here are my details: I am housebroken, trustworthy left home alone, I LOVE my people and will follow you anywhere, I am dog friendly with all size, breed, color and gender, I am good on leash, I am calm but I do like to play fetch with a ball or stick sometimes for sure! I am a cuddler and really like soft beds. I went to the vet and it seemed like someone used me as target practice with bird pellets. I have clean bill of health now and had some dental work done and man, do I feel SO much better. I am ready to live out my golden years right next to my person or people.
