My name is Iris and I am a delightful 12 year old, 20lb., female, Dachshund darling. I am on the search for the most perfect retirement home and forever friend! I am house trained and I would do well in a house or apartment. I am great with other dogs, cats, and kids. I am partially deaf so whistling helps catch my attention. I am a laid back doll who really enjoys some short walks around the neighborhood. I actually need a forever friend who will take me on short walks and help me lose a couple pounds so I can maintain a healthy weight. I need a friend who is not gone more than 2-4 hours a day. I may be an old gal, but that doesn't mean I have less love to give! I am a sweetie pie who cannot wait to light up the world by your side!

My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
