Today I get to live my dream! No more cold, lonely nights and days outside. My name is George H. W. and I may have 12 years of experience, but every day from here on out is a new day for me in my new position as: Most Loved Dog in America! I am a 50lb., German Shorthaired Pointer mix and I am so happy to finally be loved like I should be! I am such an easy-going, mannerly gentleman and I would like to put my name in the ring for adoption candidacy. I hope I get your vote aka application! Hesitant about my qualifications? Have no fear! I am crate trained and I'm working diligently on my house training. I know how to "sit." My joy comes from pleasing my people...that's YOU! I would be thrilled if my new friend is retired or circumstances allow us to only be apart 2-3 hours at a time. While I am dashingly handsome and distinguished I’m no spring chicken and definitely want to spend as much time together as possible. I am great with dogs, cats, and respectful kids of any age. I would do well in a house or apartment. The only thing I really ask of my new "White House" is that it not include many stairs. I am a relaxed, good old boy who loves to make friends with everyone!
