Say hello to Kilo, a 4 YO, 15.2 lb., male Bichon who is sweet as pie, but extremely fearful. Kilo needs someone who has patience and can take it nice and slow. A little TLC and a little socialization and you will earn his trust, loyalty, and have your BFF. Kilo loves his toys and treats!
