Meet Giggles

Giggles is a sweet, plaintive dog who adores people. He loves cuddles even more than treats! He likes to roll over and get his belly rubbed by his friends. He can be uncomfortable around new people, but once he gets to know you he'll be your forever bestie. Giggles is the sort of dog who will gaze lovingly into your eyes and give you a hundred little smooches. He also likes long walks on the beach.
Giggles is 1-2 years old and about 14 lbs.
We often adopt same day as the first visit an interview but it is not guaranteed. Some dogs will take multiple visits and adopters are approved based on the best fit for the particular animal being considered. We do not hold pets during the process.
Most dogs who come from the shelter will not be house trained.
All dogs must be transported home in a travel crate to transport your new pup home safely.
Most adoptable dogs will need some reintroduction into a home, potty training, basic manners and social skills. Please be prepared to provide that training and dedication that will be needed.
We do not have any way of knowing if a dog or cat will do well with all children or all other animals.
It is important everyone in the home is introduced to the new pet.
We also require that any family dogs come into meet your potential adoptee. Please be sure your dogs are spayed or neutered and current on vaccines (distemper - parvo and rabies) before bringing them to the shelter.
Renters must provide a copy of a lease indicating pets are allowed or contact information for the landlord.
