Meet Alfie and Daisy! They are a bonded pair who are new to our rescue! Considering their background, it is amazing how they BOTH absolutely LOVE to CUDDLE! They were formerly used as breeders and were living outside in a barrel...a makeshift kennel...in filthy living conditions. Thankfully, they are now being lovingly fostered with our rescue and can look forward to being adopted to a home where they will be given the love, care and attention they deserve.

They are opposite in their personalities, Daisy being timid and nervous and Alfie being confident and secure! Alfie is quite the talker and enjoys “talking” by grunting, while Daisy is more of the quiet listener.

Alfie and Daisy bark at new sounds, but quickly settle once they become accustomed to their environment. Both are cautious with other dogs, but after they adjust, they get along very well with other dogs. They like going for car rides and are well behaved passengers.

Our dynamic duo love wresting with each other! It makes for great entertainment! After their play, however, they enjoy snuggling together on the couch with their people or canine friends. It is unknown how they feel about young children or cats. They especially enjoy basking in the sun to soak in the warmth.

The best adoptive home for Alfie and Daisy would be a quiet home with an older family. They need a family who is patient with them while they adjust to their new environment together.
