Delilah Beagle & Chihuahua Mix Conover, NC

Delilah is a 10-month-old beagle/chihuahua mix. She is a 20 pound ball of pure love and will make a wonderful and loyal companion to anyone that will work with her and give her attention. She is SUPER sweet and will give you hugs and kisses anytime you need them but it does take her just a little bit to warm up to strangers. We have been working on socializing her and she improves more and more after each session. She is still a puppy and will need some training however, she is a very quick learner. Delilah does well on a leash and does not pull in fact, she does so well that she has even picked up her own leash and “walked herself”. She loves toys and will drag every one of them into the same room, just to have them all with her. She is housebroken and does well in a crate but would much rather spend time with her human, when possible. Delilah does well with other dogs and humans but has not been exposed to cats at this time but, we would be happy to test that, of needed. She came from a home with a toddler and reportedly did extremely well with her mini-human but she has not been exposed to children while with us. Delilah is a true sweetheart and is just looking for her forever home to give out all the love that she has to offer.
