Not a lot is know about my past, just that I was brought in to Shelby County Humane Society as a stray. I had puppies at some point in my short life, though the Humane Society doesn't know what happened to them. I spent four whole months in the pen, and the folks there thought I was a super special girl!

It took me a little while to adjust to life in a home, but I'm doing so well! I'm learning about going potty outside on the grass (it feels weird on my feet), and I learned how to sit for treats (I'm very smart)! I have become my foster mom's shadow, so my ideal person will give me lots of one-on-one attention! My favorite thing is snuggling! I'll even fall asleep on you lap while snuggling! I'm a playful girl who loves to talk, so don't be surprised if I bark to communicate that I want to play! I LOVE TOYS!! Extreme durability is the best. I'm not aggressive toward people about food, I"m just super curious and EVERYTHING SMELLS AMAZING! I'm still a puppy learning what is and isn't okay to chew or eat, so please be patient with me!

According to my foster mom (and everyone who meets met), I'm a lovey dovey sweetheart. I would prefer to be your only furbaby even though I am ok with some other dogs. I love kids and I do well around them, but they need to be older kids because I have high energy! I like to roughhouse and I want them to be able to play and exercise with me as I get older! I am a fast learner and I want to be loved on all the times.

This dog is being fostered near Jacksonville, AL. You must be willing to drive part if not all of the way to pick up this dog for adoption unless transportation to another state has been arranged. Please contact us with any questions. **For New England transports please see below.
