Meet Mia

Posed regally on the couch is 9-year-old Mia so sweet and so loving at a full-bodied 14 pounds. The cheerful Chihuahua/Dachshund mix entered our care when her owner went into Hospice. Not only is Mia friendly and trusting, but she loves playing with Maddie as they came to rescue together. It has been determined that the girls would thrive independent of each other and can be separated when the right home comes along. She loves snuggling with everyone here. Now her hope is to find a fur-ever home with a lot of love to give .
