Baci, quite simply is the Italian word for kisses and this young guy loves to give them!
Baci also seems to know that life is too short to sweat the small stuff. We have rarely seen a kitten who takes so much joy in everything he does. What's amazing is that he has kept this "joie de vivre" through a difficult start in life..
Baci was found as a tiny 2-3 week old kitten, alone on a sidewalk. His eyes were pasted shut and he struggled to breathe but Baci meowed happily when someone picked him up. He was not about to give up on life. With a caring foster home and medical care, he became stronger and more playful as the days passed-delighting in the company of other cats and kittens.
Baci played hard but always struggled a bit to breathe. Drs. Wilhelm and Mildrew of Susquehanna Trails Animal Hospital discovered that he had a polyp in the back of his throat that was partially closing his airway.. At just over 2 months of age, with their expertise and care, he successfully went through surgery.
Baci is now the picture of health. He is a spirited kitten who loves to play, loves to meet people and enjoys having playmates of both the 2 and four legged variety. With a twinkle of an eye and and twitch of his tail-he can charm a kiss out of just about anyone! He has a light orange coat with a unique brown coloration to the tail. He would make a great addition to any family.

Baci tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, is neutered, vaccinated and litter trained.
He is currently one of our featured kittens at the Scratching Post cat café in Lewisburg.
