Meet Boots and Chaps
When Robin from Berwick looked out her back door in Berwick one September day she saw two female juvenile strays. She thought if she didn’t do something soon they would both be pregnant and have loads of homeless kittens. Luckily for them she was able to foster them in her home until we had room at the shelter. Although her landlord doesn’t allow additional pets he also realized the potential for unwanted pregnancies if they were kept outside.
In their foster home they have been exposed to adults, children, a large dog and other cats and seemed to have settled right in. They are described as social, playful and cuddly.
Boots is a whimsical gray and white girl who looks like she’s wearing a vest and bowtie! She also has pretty light green eyes.
Chaps is a medium haired black and white girl with a fluffy tail and pink nose. She enjoys nuzzling in her foster folks arms or just laying back and chillaxing.
Chaps and Boots were born in Winter 2017 and are FeLV/FIV negative, up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed, litter trained and spayed. If you are interested in adopting Chaps and or Boots please contact Michelle at 570-759-0920 or michelle@nokillarc.org to schedule a visit today.
