Meet Tina

Hi! I’m Tina the Bichon Frise - or at least that’s what the people here at the ARC (Animal Resource Center) think I could be. I came here after being picked up as a stray, you see, so they don’t really know for sure! What they are pretty sure of though is that I am definitely a dog of some sort...although... with my soft cottony curls I myself sometimes identify as a cumulus cloud.
I came to the ARC in not the best of shape - my mouth in particular was very sore. I was definitely in need of some vet care - but they got me all fixed up now. They ended up pulling ten of my teeth out ! It’s not all bad though - it means these humans here will be spoiling me with nothing but delectable wet food! Every cloud’s dream! Oh.. also the vet told me they think I’m about 7 years old. Age doesn’t mean anything to me though - I’m a girl who likes to live in the moment!
I am a good girl and I will be anyone’s friend. I like everyone I meet! I also get along well with other dogs, in fact I was brought in with two friends of mine - Simon and Ike (check them out on petfinder too!). We are just a band of misfits really, but we really delight in one another’s company! We all walk nicely on a leash and enjoy going for our daily walks together with the humans here.
It’s nice to have so many human and dog friends here, don’t get me wrong, but I’m definitely ready to float away into a new forever home of my own full of love and sunshine! If you think you would be interested in a little cloud like me, please come and meet me soon!
Tina is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has had a blood parasite screening.
