Meet Winifred:: 1 year old, 50 pounds, Spayed Female Yellow Labrador Retriever mix.

Available for Adoption!

This beautiful girl was abandoned in a shelter by her owners after being neglected vet care for quite some time. Winifred had a flea infestation that left her with an extremely painful and itchy skin infection.

The shelter took care of her fleas and asked us to come get this sweet baby and treat her skin. Winifred is being treated and expected to make a full recovery.

Winifred is great with other dogs, with children and ignores cats. She is housebroken and rides well in the car.

Fenced yard is required.

$95 adoption fee. Winifred is spayed, current on vaccinations, current on heartworm and flea prevention, heartworm tested negative, and microchipped. Any remaining medications will also be provided at adoption.

Our adoption area, unless otherwise specified in their bio, is within a two hour radius of Cincinnati for adult dogs.

Once your application is submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page on our website. This is your confirmation that we received your application. Please read the page thoroughly so you will know what to expect next in our adoption process.

Adoption events are held every Saturday in our thrift store from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.

IMPORTANT: All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
