The cute endearing faces of mother Lucy and daughter Ethel mask the dark beginning they endured. Living as unwanted outside strays in a dangerous and undesirable neighborhood in Mt Carmel, young mom Lucy lost two of her kittens to foul play. Cat lovers Marty and Bonnie knew it was only time before Lucy and Ethel also disappeared so they called us for help.

Lucy is only a year old and had her litter at only six months of age in May 2018. This first time young mom somehow survived on the mean streets. Marty and Bonnie started to feed them all as a family and socialize them for several weeks in order to gain their trust. During this time sadly both of her small black kittens disappeared. Through it all Lucy and Ethel are survivors that have become two of the sweetest girls that you will find. They both have snowy soft white fur with expressive dark markings on their face. Ethel has a cute black tail.

They are currently residing in a nice, loving foster home getting spoiled with a very caring and compassionate neighbor. They are both so very happy to be finally warm, dry and safe. All these two have had are each other and so are extremely bonded and absolutely have to be adopted together. They would make a wonderful pair and deserve a loving forever home after all they have endured so far in their young lives.
