Meet Diesel the five-year-old Boxer boy! Diesel is in search of a new home with a family, or individual who loves Boxers and their stereotypical family loving characteristics. Diesel would need to be the only dog in the home, as he can be unpredictably aggressive towards other dogs. He currently lives with other dogs, but had a scuffle when he first moved in to establish pecking order. He knows how to walk in a nearly perfect heel, knows how to sit and shake, knows his name, is very submissive to humans, is loving and very affectionate/careful with people of all ages, and he happily puts on a muzzle which we just began using. Because of his aggression, he has been wearing his muzzle on outings to keep everyone safe. He now knows that the muzzle means a fun adventure is headed his way! He loves to run and ride in the car and he loves his pack of dogs here (three other dogs). He knows how to use a pulling harness to pull a skier and mountain biker, and he is very athletic. Diesel likes to please his owners and he wants to be a part of everything “human” that is going on, but his current home has been unable to rehabilitate his dog aggression. Diesel is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and potty trained.
