Meet Vanessa
AT PEPPERMINT PIG ANIMAL RESCUE, WE UPDATE ALL OF OUR PETS ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Meet Vanessa:: ~10 pounds at 3 months old, Female Labrador and Mastiff mix.
Available for Adoption!
Vanessa is the only remaining puppy of the V pup litter. We rescued the V pups from a kill shelter after they and their mom were abandoned there. They are all so playful, so sweet, and such loving little girls! Vanessa is ready to find her forever home!
Vanessa had to see an eye specialist due to her right eye being foggy. It was confirmed that she has a birth defect in that eye and has no sight in it. However, the eye itself is healthy and no further procedures are needed. Vivien was born this way and it does not slow her down at all.
Fenced yard is required to adopt. $150 adoption fee.
Puppy adopters MUST BE within a one hour radius of Cincinnati. Their spay/neuter will be done locally at one of our approved vets when they reach the appropriate age. This is included with their adoption. Our spay/neuter coverage is only valid if it is done through one of our approved vets.
All puppies are given age appropriate vaccines by Peppermint Pig Animal rescue. Adopters will be responsible for any remaining vaccines after adoption.

Once your application is submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page on our website. This is your confirmation that we received your application. Please read the page thoroughly so you will know what to expect next in our adoption process.
Adoption events are held every Saturday in our thrift store from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.
IMPORTANT: All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
