Meet Pensee:: 1 and a half years old, 120 pounds, Spayed Female Great Dane.

This gorgeous Piebald colored Great Dane is Pensee! She is the sweetest and most affectionate young lady, and she is searching for her forever home!

Pensee does extremely well in her foster home with her foster's other dogs and older children, and just loves to meet new people and play with the other dogs at our adoption events. She is very well-mannered in the home, and knows some basic commands. She enjoys lounging on the couch, chew toys, and playing in the yard.

Pensee has the sweetest disposition ever! She is still a big goofy puppy and isn't quite aware of her size, so a home without very small children would be best for her. Pensee rides well in a car, walks well on a leash, and is house broken and crate trained.

Pensee will do best with a confident adopter who will continue socializing and training her. Pensee is very friendly and social with other dogs and just loves people but can be nervous at first if not properly introduced, and may bark at them.

A fenced yard of appropriate height for a Great Dane is required to adopt Pensee. We will also be looking for experience with Great Danes or Mastiffs.

$150 adoption fee. Pensee is spayed, current on vaccines, current on heartworm and flea prevention, and microchipped.



Our adoption area, unless otherwise specified in their bio, is within a two hour radius of Cincinnati for adult dogs.

Once your application is submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page on our website. This is your confirmation that we received your application. Please read the page thoroughly so you will know what to expect next in our adoption process.

Adoption events are held every Saturday in our thrift store from 1:00 to 4:00pm. Please complete your adoption application in advance so our volunteers have time to screen and contact potential adopters.

IMPORTANT: All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and qualifications are based on best fit for each individual pet. A volunteer will contact you if you are selected for a meet with adoptable pet. Final approval is always made in person.
