My name’s Chipper…because I am chipper all the time! Chipper also fits because I am goofy, fearless and people LOVE to be around me, like Chip Gaines. If I see something that I want to do, I will do it…or at least try. If I can’t do something the first time, I will try again. I am a confident, energetic and obviously handsome boy (really, I’m not bragging…it’s just a fact). I love to play…I fetch toys with my foster parents and beat my foster brother to the toys when they are thrown. I sometimes carry my toys around to make sure I have them available at a moment’s notice. I don’t mind other cats…I can run with the best of them. Kids, they might be fun. Dogs, not sure, but they are interesting.
