Maurice is a dashing 2-year-old male that couldn't be nicer if he went to charm school. He is a true gentleman - warm and friendly, endearing and playful. He was brought to the shelter as a stray on 06/15/18. He is a lover boy with light green eyes and a calm personality. He melts in your arms when you hold him and leans into you begging to be petted and have his cheeks rubbed. Maurice also gives kisses and enjoys belly rubs and being scratched from his neck to his tail.

Maurice arrived at the shelter very thin, but has already gained weight and is looking much better. He seems to know that he was rescued and is that much more grateful for any attention that comes his way.

Maurice has a curious side to his personality and just has to investigate every little cubby that he comes across. Another favorite past time is hunting down catnip mice that enjoy being tossed into the air, caught, and carried around. This guy is sure to be a cherished pet for the lucky family that adopts him.
