Lacon is a happy, active and loving guy who has a sweet personality. He likes everyone.....dogs, cats, men, women and older, respectful children. He has no food, treat or toy aggression. A unique breed of Schipperke/Lab, photos with his cat buddy show that he is not a big boy but rather medium in size.

He is energetic and enjoys tug of war, fetch, running and playing either with another dog or a person. He calms down in the house, loves ear scratches and is easily entertained with his chew toys and chew bones. Durable toys are a must as stuffies will just be torn apart.

Lacon is respectful of his home...is housetrained and is not a chewer so is not crated and has free reign in his foster home. He is generally a quiet boy, will bark when new people arrive but quiets down when told.

A well behaved passenger on car rides, Lacon sits nicely on the back seat, gazes out the window or curls up for a nap.

Like most rescue dogs, Lacon will take a little time to really trust his people but when he does he is a loyal, loving friend for life.

Lacon needs a home with another active dog as a playmate and a secure fenced yard in which to run. Given love and patience, he is sure to be an awesome family pet.
