Meet Scooter
This little shih tzu is approximately 10 years old, 14 pounds and cute as a button.
??Scooter has lost so much in his life and now needs to start over
He lost his person over a year ago. He had lived his days going for walks, curled up on the couch with his dad and playing with his toys. His world completely changed and he was moved from Florida to live with family in NY. Sadly, he is very unhappy in his current living situation. They have a 53 pound golden doodle who is used to being the one and only. She is very jealous and makes it hard for Scooter to get the attention he craves. This decision was not easy for them but they want Scooter to live a happy life,
Scooter is extremely sweet, playful and will make someone very happy. His best home would be with someone who can devote time to him and probably as the only dog. It's not that he is not good with other dogs but would most likely be happiest being the only dog. He has never been around cats but would probably do fine with a laid back savvy cat.
He does have skin allergies and is currently on Termeril P.. He also gets baths, at home, in between groomers visits. He is up to date on all medical.
