Meet Cricket

Hi, my name is Cricket and I am a 9yr old ish 12lbs female fixed Chi/Rat-terrier mix. I am a super easy companion if you know up front some things about me. I love my person and will follow you around and hang close, but I prefer not to be touched unless I give permission. I love to lay in a dog bed and snuggle with blankets, laps are only sometimes interesting to me. I love a quiet house and take lots of naps snoring away. I like other small animals, however bigger dogs sometimes scare me. I bark at strange people, animals and sounds but mostly I’m quiet. I can be quite a cutie as I run playfully through the house and yard with my favorite stuffed toy or ball. I have ligament issues in a couple of my legs but I still play and like short walks. I prefer to pee outside, but will use a pee pad in a pinch. I would most like to live with a quiet person without young children.
