GresGres (pronounced GreeGree) Russian Blue Mix Mission Viejo, CA

GresGres (means gray gray) was rescued is a tiny bottle baby from the street by a young mother with two small children under three years old. She bottle-fed him and he was raised with her children and small dogs. He is only 10 months old but she is moving and could not afford to visit him nor take him with her to San Francisco. She reached out to us to do that him and find him a new home. She said he was excellent around her children.

Because he has never been with other cats he does not know how to play with them without using his claws and teeth so since he has been with us he has coexisted with other cats but has not indicated any desire to be friends. I think he would be best as an only cat or with a small dog.

GresGres likes his cat tree & scratching and uses litter box. He is now neutered, microchipped for ID, negative for FeLV/FIV, current on shots, dewormed and flea free.

Although he was very good with his rescuer's young children, with me he tends to use his claws and teeth while playing sometimes so I am working with him on this.
