Meet Barney
A troublemaker? A junkfood addict? Doesn’t sound like it describes a cat, but that’s how Barney’s former person describes him. Barney is a large nearly 13 pound black tabby striped boy who was adopted to a family with unknown cat allergies. They only surrendered Barney because of severe allergies.
Barney came from a home with three German Shepherds and another cat, his brother, who has since been adopted to a new home. He especially enjoyed lounging on his cat tree and munching on potato chips. Barney is 2 to 3 years old. He seems pretty chill at the shelter...until toys are brought out which he loves to jump for and run after. He’s a ham when taking photographs and loves to roll over on his side. He is a confident cat who will enjoy meeting you at the door after a long day at work and being in the thick of things the rest of your day.
Barney has tested FeLV/FIV negative, is up-to-date on vaccines, litter trained, dewormed and neutered. If you are interested in adopting Barney please contact Michelle at 570-759-0920 or myefko@verizon.net to schedule a visit today.
