Dixie is a beautiful spayed female with a short dilute calico coat. She was brought to the shelter as a stray on 05/13/18, and was 10-months-old at that time. She is confident in your arms, and if you pick her up and cuddle her for even an instant, she will give you a big long purr to say thank you! She loves to be petted, and if you stop too soon she will lean into you asking for more. Dixie is not too mellow or too frisky, so that must mean that she is just right. She has lots of inquisitive energy and likes to play, but doesn't go overboard with craziness. She loves having conversations and being where ever the action is. Dixie is soft, affectionate, and a joy to be around. Wouldn't you love to give her your window full of sun to look out of and watch the squirrels run and birds fly past? She is just too cute for words, and will surely be a fantastic companion for you and your family for many years to come.
