Luna is bursting with all the love and affection that anyone could ever ask for from a cat. So why was she abandoned not only once, but twice by people?

Luna was a housecat loving life when she was discarded by her first family. She was re-adopted by a second family only to be left behind when they moved. Who would leave a beautiful loving kitty to fend for self outside? When Sarah got wind of this situation she started feeding Luna, but couldn’t bear to see her outside peeking out from under her people’s front porch in Berwick. Was she waiting for them to return? I’m sure she was thinking how could I be let down again after I’ve given so much love to people?

Sarah took Luna in temporarily until we could get her checked out at our vet. She describes her as the sweetest, most loving, affectionate female cat. She is well behaved, has a good appetite, and loves canned chicken and gravy. She is in perfect health according to her vet visit in May.

Luna is approximately two-years old and has a black shiny coat and luminous gold eyes. She seems to adapt to new situations very well and is good with children. Luna is hoping third time’s the charm and she can finally find her forever home. Could that be with you?
