Meet Kovu

Kovu is a Green Cheek Conure that was sadly surrendered to the shelter as his pet parents were moving and couldn't take Kovu with them. Kovu's hatch date was 02/25/16 - please keep in mind that conure's can live twenty plus years. The adoption fee for Kovu is $125.00 or $200.00 with his cage and accessories. Kovu is highly inquisitive and bold, so an experienced owner will be best. Kovu is very smart and knows goodnight, ha ha, hello, and when he says gimme-a-kiss, don't do it because he has been known to bite and therefore will need a home without children. Kovu is a very active and social in that he is happy to meet you at the front of his cage and enjoys being talked to. He loves toys, his mirror, bells, and likes to be surprised by new toys that often appear in his cage.
