Tillie Domestic Short Hair Bloomsburg, PA

They say good things come to those who wait. Well we didn’t give up on Tillie when he hid in seclusion from us for nearly two months at the shelter. We were afraid he might never come out and socialize with us. But then one day just like a light switch Tillie was out! And then he was out more each day. Now Tillie can be seen running about the shelter after toys and loving petting and attention. He loves to play and gets along with other cats. Update! Tillie has become a lap cat! What a transformation this boy has gone through. He would be a wonderful house cat for anyone who wants to playful, handsome and loving kitty.

He was born in October 2017 and was found as part of a stray litter in Shamokin. He was briefly in a foster home where they said he was shy, but did well. He may not be ready for small children, but we think with time he’ll be a great kitty for any quieter home. He has the beautiful classic tabby markings with bull’s-eye pattern on his sides.
