Meet Poppy Sue

Hello everyone! My name is Poppy Sue! I'm about a year old and I only weigh about 40 lbs. I'm a beautiful Lab/Rottweiler mix and I'm the sweetest little gal your ever gonna meet! Rescue One took me in after my family just left without me one day! I was on my own for over a month and I was pretty scared! But it's ok now, I got a foster mom and she says I can hang with her until I find the perfect family, with kids I hope! I have great manners in the house. I don't even need one of those crate things. And I am also a little lady on the leash! I have foster siblings too (one of them is a cat). I think they are all awesome! They are not as awesome as I am of course! Fill out an app and I will show you!

*I am currently in the Pups for Parole training program. I will be available for adoption once I graduate in a few weeks, but you can apply for me now! Upon graduation, I will have all the basic training necessary to make a great companion. I will need a family willing to continue my training, I sure don't want to forget all that I'm learning!*

My adoption fee is sponsored and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit rescueonespringfield.com/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*

*Remember, dogs are pack animals. Because of this, Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes. Pets are family and are not disposable. Please make sure that you are 100% committed to a pet before considering adding one to your home.
