Hello, my name is Asteroid and you could say that I'm out of this world. Okay okay that's a pretty lame pun, but I'm very sweet and if you ever get the chance to meet me you'd have a hard time forgetting me. I am very playful and have lots of energy and I guess that's because I'm still technically a kitten for another month or so. I'm the type of kitty that likes sitting in laps and I just crave attention. I should be an ambassador for black cats, cause I could help erase those old superstitions about us. I mean you know we are the best cats, but some people still don't know that. I get along well with other cats and I'm great with children as well. I could be the perfect kitty for all kinds of homes so don't wait to long to come take me home.

Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats
All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. Our dogs have been tested and are presently on Heartworm prevention. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy. Our cats are too old to be declawed without risk of serious behavioral problems.
